Christmas lard pastries

Every year for Christmas, my grandmother made these delicious pastries. Now, my mother and I prepare them every year. They are delicious, and although it takes a little time to do, it is worth.
I already had posted this recipe, but now I post it in English for my classmates. Try to do it and you will not regret!!

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of pork lard
  • 400 grams of sugar
  • The flour that supports (about 1kilogram)
  • Cinnamon

Making:
1. In a saucepan, slowly break up the prok lard until it completely liquid.

2. Pour the pork lard in a large bowl, to work easily.

3. Add the sugar and mix well with a spoon because the lard will be still hot.

4. Add the flour slowly and let mixture. There is no fixed measure flour, we have to go adding flour until it becomes a fairly consistent mass.

5. On a table or marble, dusted with flour, we will be putting small amounts of dough, that will work with your hands. Then, with a mold (or a glass as I have done) we will make the pastries.

6. Place them on an oven tray, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enter them in the oven at 150 degrees for cooked slowly for about 25 minutes. We have to control not too browned.

Enjoy this great sweet and Merry Christmas!!
